These items qualify for our 14-Day Return Policy, please keep original packaging - See our refund & returns policy via the footer link or contact us for more information.

What does this mean?

This means you have 14 days (please inform us as soon as possible) after receiving your item to request a return if there is a problem with your order, such as items being damaged or defective/faulty.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.  You’ll also need to provide proof of purchase if not contacting us directly through your store account.

All delivery methods used include insurance, so we'd really appreciate your help by checking all packages during delivery.  This will help us raise your case with Royal Mail in the unlikely event that damage has occurred.  Thank you for your support and cooperation.

Any return requests for items which are not damaged or faulty e.g. buyers remorse, and can not be resold, may incur Restocking Fees or be rejected.  We are a very small business and never want our customers to have bad experiences, so please contact us.

Please don't return items without authorisation first.
